You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
To initiate a return, contact us at info@valoria.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item (in case of damage or defect)
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.
Please note: We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs, customs duties, and related fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, place a new order for the desired product and return the original item according to the return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: final sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, personalized/custom-made products, used or opened personal care products, and hazardous or flammable items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@valoria.com with your order number and photos. Even in these cases, return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping & International Returns
Products may ship from or be returned to international fulfillment centers. The return address may differ from the sender address. Always follow the instructions provided after approval.
European Union: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
EU customers may cancel their order within 14 days without reason. Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact. Proof of purchase is required. All return costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process.

- Valoria does not cover return shipping costs.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our conditions.
