Valoria –Return & Refund Policy

At Valoria, customer satisfaction is a priority. We offer a global 30-day return policy, allowing you to shop with confidence wherever you are.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

To initiate a return, contact us at info@valoria.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (in case of damage or defect)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your request is approved, you will receive the appropriate return address and instructions.

Please note: We do not offer free returns under any circumstances. All return shipping costs, customs duties, and any related fees are the full responsibility of the customer.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, place a new order for the desired product and return the original item according to the return instructions. This ensures faster processing and availability.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Used or opened personal care and hygiene products

  • Hazardous or flammable items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@valoria.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and guide you through the appropriate steps.

Please note: even in cases of damage or defect, return shipping remains the customer's responsibility.


Shipping & International Return Logistics

Our products may ship from or be returned to international fulfillment centers. The return address provided after approval may differ from the sender address on your package. All return shipments must follow the instructions we provide.


European Union: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing within the EU may cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The item must be returned unused, with original packaging and tags intact. Proof of purchase is required.

All associated return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the process.

If 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you haven’t received your funds, contact us at info@valoria.com.


Important Notes

  • Valoria does not cover return shipping costs under any circumstances.

  • Returns without prior authorization will be refused.

  • Shipping fees, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our conditions.
